Nikolas #11693 WB Bake is a water reducible coating
system. #11693 provides excellent appearance and protection on diverse
metal substrates. Designed as a general use industrial baking lacquer,
#11693 can be used for indoor and outdoor applications. It has good
solvent and impact resistance. It is also resistant to humidity,
salt spray, lactic acid, house-hold chemicals and brake fluid. As
a clear lacquer for metal, #11693's outstanding properties include
the ability to remain clear, even on overbaking or recoating. It
has excellent intercoat adhesion with itself and many other systems,
so it may be used as a primer and top coat. It adheres to steel,
aluminum, and brass. It has excellent corrosion resistance and performs
well, even without phosphate or special pre-treatment.

Nikolas #11693 Clear Bake Enamel is recommended
for use on metal when performance, price, safety and appearance
are at a premium. It may be sprayed, rolled or dipped. Oven temperatures
capable of 285°F and up are required to effect crosslinkage and
full cure. Times are dependent on metal density and temperature
and may vary from 8 minutes at 350°F to 30 minutes at 285°F.
